Leon fans, we have some good news.
The naturally fast food chain has only gone and launched bags of its popular waffle fries at Sainsbury's so you can eat them at home during lockdown.
That's right, the delicious side will land on Sainsbury's shelves from this Friday, May 15.
The criss-cut fries are coated in Leon's signature seasoning and make the perfect addition to almost any meal or can be enjoyed as a snack.
They are priced at £1.50 for a 550g bag until June 12, after which point the price will rise to £2 - so be quick if you want to stock up for less.
The iconic waffle fries, which sold in 2.5million portions at Leon in 2019, will be available exclusively at 180 of Sainsbury’s larger stores as well as online at sainsburys.co.uk.
Leon has also announced it will be selling its Love Burger Sauce, Harissa & Sundried Tomato Aioli and Korean Chilli Mayo at UK supermarkets from May 15.
These will be available to buy from selected Sainsbury's stores and retail at £2.50 per 245g jar.
But this isn’t the first time Leon has launched products at supermarkets - Sainsbury's already stocks a range of the chain's sauces, dips and oils in stores and on its website.
Charlotte Di Cello, chief commercial officer at LEON, said: “We know how much our customers love our baked waffle fries and vegan sauces, so we’re excited to be expanding our grocery range to help more people enjoy naturally fast food at home.”
Leon recently launched a new online delivery service for customers to buy essential food boxes and ready meals.
There are four different boxes to choose from, including an option with fruit and vegetables, as well one containing two ready meals.
Prices start from £22.50 and all profits go to the NHS.
