Tanaiste Leo Varadkar met his "infamous photobomber" who upstaged his dinner date with his partner Matt Barrett at the weekend.
The politician posted a rather sweet picture of the couple enjoying a meal at Las Tapas De Lola on Wexford Street in Dublin.
He urged people to support local businesses as they tucked into dinner.
But the limelight was stolen by a rather delighted-looking fella outside enjoying a pint who took the opportunity to photobomb them.
Twitter users have been entertained by the picture with one person saying: "Look at the fella outside the window, he’s only delighted."
Another person said: "Loving the photobomber...they'll be more infamous than you two tonight."
A third user said: "The best part of this is the photobomb in the background."
The man has become a bit of a celebrity following his antics on Saturday night and Leo managed to catch up with him outside and got him back for ruining the photo, slagging the man about his look.
However, he clearly bore no ill will as he posed with the equally delighted photobomber still wearing his flat cap outside.
Sharing it to his Twitter, he quipped: "Met the infamous photobomber last night. A hipster Healy-Rae?"
And Micheal Healy-Rae replied: "I thought ye'd never stop talking, I was waiting ages."
However, some Twitter users were suspicious and queried if the man was a "set-up" or a "paid actor".
The identity of the mysterious photobomber is still unknown.
