Leo Cullen has named Ross Byrne, Ed Byrne, Rhys Ruddock and Josh van der Flier in the Leinster team to face Ulster tomorrow.
Dan McFarland's side, meanwhile, will have star number eight Marcel Coetzee back from injury. Winger Robert Baloucoune has also been passed fit to start the clash at Kingspan Stadium after he was introduced from the bench in Ulster's win over Ospreys last time out.
Baloucoune joins full-back Michael Lowry and Jacob Stockdale in the back three, while James Hume and Stuart McCloskey start in midfield. John Cooney and Ian Madigan make up the half-back pairing.
Tom O’Toole has been released from Ireland camp to secure playing time for Ulster and partners Eric O’Sullivan and John Andrew in the front row.
Nick Timoney and captain Jordi Murphy are the flankers, while Alan O’Connor and Kieran Treadwell are the lock pairing.
Ed Byrne is joined by James Tracy and Michael Bent in the front row for Leinster, with Devin Toner and Scott Fardy the lock combination.
Ruddock and Van der Flier are joined in the back row by Scott Penny.
Luke McGrath captains the side at scrum-half alongside Ross Byrne, who replaces brother Harry after his head injury in the 40-21 win over Glasgow Warriors last Sunday.
Rory O’Loughlin and Jimmy O’Brien start in midfield, with Max O’Reilly at full-back alongside wingers Cian Kelleher and Dave Kearney.
