Leinster V Saracens: All you need to know about the Champions Cup clash from team news, betting odds to TV times

The warm up is done, now for the big one.

Leinster’s easy 27-5 Pro 14 final win over provincial rivals Ulster on Saturday night made it three in a row for Leo Cullen’s heroes.

Next up is Saracens in the Champions Cup quarter final - a chance for the Blues to get revenge for last year’s final loss to the fallen English giants.

That Sarries were the last team to beat Leinster shows how strong Cullen's relentless team has been in the past year.

But they’ll be expected a tougher challenge than they’ve faced since rugby resumed after lockdown.

Here’s everything you need to know about next weekend’s crunch European clash.

When is it?

Saturday, September 19, 2020. 3pm

Where is it taking place?

Aviva Stadium, Lansdowne Road, Dublin.

How can I see it?

The game will be shown live on BT Sport 3

Team News

Leinster

Talisman Johnny Sexton was rested for most of Saturday night’s game against Ulster, only coming on for the last 20 minutes. The Blues won their third straight Pro 14 final without any serious casualties, and James Ryan even made return, getting a run-out for an hour.

Dan Leavy and Tadhg Furlong are also tipped to be available for selection.

Saracens

Sarries' star man Owen Farrell will miss the Leinster clash after being issued with a five-match ban for his dangerous tackle against Wasps on Saturday.

Dan Leavy praises Leinster and IRFU's handling of his mental health after horror injury that cost him World Cup place

Latest betting odds

Saracens to win: 11/4

Draw: 2/1
