Leinster trio Fergus McFadden, Tadhg Furlong and Dan Leavy all in contention for Saracens clash

Fergus McFadden comes into contention for Leinster's Champions Cup quarter-final clash with Saracens on Saturday.

Tadhg Furlong is also pushing for his first involvement since rugby's restart as he will continue to be assessed after a back problem.

And the same goes for Dan Leavy as he strives to feature for the first time in 18 months.

But winger McFadden has recovered fully from a calf injury and will resume full training this week ahead of the Aviva Stadium clash.

Andrew Porter has been playing impressively at tighthead in the absence of Furlong and featured prominently in last weekend's PRO14 final victory over Ulster.

If the latter doesn't make it again this week then former Munster prop Ciaran Parker could push for a role.

Parker has completed his Covid-19 quarantine since his arrival from the UK and is training with his new colleagues.

Leinster have also reported that James Ryan came through his first game back after shoulder surgery unscathed, but also that Dan Sheehan is out for four to six weeks after injuring his cheekbone in training.
