This year's PRO14 Finalists Leinster and Glasgow Warriors will meet each other twice a year in the regular season starting next year.
The league has realigned their conferences for the next two seasons, beginning with the 2019/20 campaign, with Leo Cullen's side jumping across to Conference A to match up with Dave Rennie's side home and away.
It's a straight swap for the two pairs of Irish sides, as Ulster join Leinster in swapping over to the A side, while Munster and Connacht both set up shop in Conference B.
The addition of the Cheetahs and Southern Kings necessitated the split two years ago as the Pro12 expanded, with the two Conference fotmat being adapted.
The reshuffle has been done based on the team's performances during last season's campaign.
The only other change sees then Cardiff Blues and Ospreys swap sides, with the Swansea outfit following Leinster and Ulster across the divide into Conference A.
