Jordan Larmour has retained his place at full-back as Leinster look to maintain their unbeaten Champions Cup pool run against Lyon at the RDS on Sunday.
Rob Kearney is again on the bench as Larmour gets the nod as the Blues, who have already qualified for the quarter-finals after four games, chase down top spot in the seedings for the knock-out stages.
Dave Kearney and James Lowe are also included in the back three for the tie, which is approaching a sell-out.
Leo Cullen has again paired Ireland duo Robbie Henshaw and Garry Ringrose at centre, with Luke McGrath and Ross Byrne in the half backs.
Cian Healy, James Tracy and Tadhg Furlong are selected in the front row, with Devin Toner and captain Scott Fardy in the second row.
Caelan Doris has to be content with a place on the back as the back row consists of Rhys Ruddock - who was man of the match last week against Connacht, the returning Josh van der Flier and Max Deegan.
