Leinster Rugby reach out to Aer Lingus claiming four players' bags missing after flight

Leinster Rugby have reached out to Aer Lingus tonight claiming that four players' bags have gone missing as the team flew to the United Kingdom for a match.

Leo Cullen's men travelled to Birmingham tonight, but have since reported that the bags are unaccounted for ahead of their pre-season clash with Saints at Franklin's Gardens.

In a tweet, Leinster Rugby said: "Evening Aer Lingus - we’ve landed in Birmingham ahead of our game tomorrow and four players’ bags are still unaccounted for from flight EI276 and still no update on the ground. Any help appreciated. Thanks."

Leinster's season doesn't officially kick off until late September when they travel to Benetton for their PRO14 opener - albeit without several of their key men.
