Leigh-Anne Pinnock showcased her parenting skills as she balanced breastfeeding her twins while also celebrating her first appearance as an actress on the Big Screen.
Tuesday night saw the 30-year-old take to the red carpet at the Curzon Mayfair cinema in central London for the premiere of her first ever film, Boxing Day.
The Little Mix singer stunned fans as she took to the red carpet in a jaw-dropping backless dress – and while she was the picture of a movie star in front of the world’s cameras she was a picture of motherhood behind-the-scenes too.
Taking to Instagram the day after her night in the spotlight, Leigh-Anne shared a string of photographs including one of her breastfeeding one of her three-month-old babies.
Uploading the snaps online, Leigh-Anne gushed: “What an overwhelmingly incredible night...
“Watching back my acting debut and seeing little old me as a leading lady in a whole MOVIE! @warnerbrosuk @amlameenbaby THANK YOU for taking a chance on me.”
She went on to highlight that the film is out in cinemas on Fridays, and added: “A film we ALL need right now.”
Fans, fellow celebs, and followers all reacted with praise for Leigh-Anne and fawned over her photos – including the one showing her tender mother-child moment.
Sugababes legend Keisha Buchanan was among those offering well wishes, describing Leigh-Anne as: “Superwoman” and adding: “congratulations my love” alongside a red heart emoji.
Fans were thrilled to see a snap of one of Leigh-Anne’s babies after she and fiancé Andre Gray welcomed their twins in August.
An excited fan wrote: “Aww… She is posting one of her kids!!!I cry… Last night was soo emotional!!”
Another typed: “The babies… what a beautiful picture.”
And another fan gushed: “The best mum, the best actress, the best friend, the best all.”
Back in August, Leigh-Anne revealed she had become a mother of twins, writing on Instagram alongside an adorable photo of two tiny sets of feet: “We asked for a miracle, we were given two…”
She added: “Our Cubbies are here.”
Meanwhile, Boxing Day is something of a baby in itself for Leigh-Anne as the work of labour marks her first foray away from music and into the world of acting.
Co-star Aml Ameen praised her on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday, saying she is “one of the most dedicated new actors” he’d ever met.
He gushed: “You’re talking about someone who’d go do her work, do the whole pop star thing then come back at 8pm... and really study acting.”
The film itself was described by Deadline as a romantic comedy.
They explained: “Inspired by writer, director, and star Aml Ameen's life, Boxing Day follows Melvin (Ameen), a British author living in America, who returns home to London for Christmas to introduce his American fiancée, Lisa (Aja Naomi King), to his eccentric British-Caribbean family.
“Their relationship is put to the test as she discovers the world her fiancée has left behind.”
