Leigh-Anne Pinnock pregnant with third child

Leigh-Anne Pinnock and her husband Andre Gray are expecting their third child

Leigh-Anne Pinnock is pregnant with her third child.

The former Little Mix singer, 34, took to social media to reveal the happy news that she and her footballer husband Andre Gray will be adding to their brood, after the couple previously welcomed twin daughters in 2021.

Leigh-Anne wrote in the Instagram post: "As one chapter ends, another begins."

The Been a Minute artist and Andre, 35, are extremely protective of their children and have never revealed their names nor shown their faces in public, with the singer explaining that she wanted to protect her kids from the glare of the spotlight.

Leigh-Anne, who married the former Premier League player in 2023, told People earlier this year: "I remember when they were born, I was going through this online hate thing and really seeing the toxicity of social media.

"I mean, I probably would've still decided to not show their faces anyway, but that just kind of confirmed it for me. I want them to be able to make that decision.

"I want them to be able to (choose) if they want to be famous or not, because once they're out there, they're out there. And I think that's such a big thing.

"It's just a f****** scary place out there."

However, the couple's daughters can be heard at the end of the track Heaven, which closes Leigh-Anne's debut solo album My Ego Told Me To.

Speaking about the song, she said: "I cry every time [I listen to that song]. Oh, God, it’s just so special. It's actually my favourite song of all time, to be honest."

Explaining the reason why Heaven is the final track on My Ego Told Me To, Leigh-Anne added: "It's like, 'We've gone through this album. We've gone through all the trials and tribulations it took to get this album across the line and all the struggles in this industry, whatever it is.'

"But actually, all of this is to protect my heaven because that's really all that matters."

Leigh-Anne has been focused on her solo career since Little Mix went on hiatus in 2022 and suggested last year that she and bandmates Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall should wait a while before getting back together.

Speaking on the Hits Radio Breakfast Show, she said: "We cannot do this (get back together) for a little while because otherwise it wouldn't be as impactful. Let's enjoy solo man but I do feel that people miss Little Mix.

"What we could do is we could still do our solo stuff, do a little Blackpink, that would be kind of iconic. Or do a show where we all perform our solo stuff, that would be sick."
