Leicester vs Manchester United playing ratings: Marcus Rashford and Pogba impress again as Jamie Vardy struggles

Marcus Rashford fired Manchester United back to winning ways in the Premier League, scoring the only goal in their 1-0 win against Leicester City.

Paul Pogba and Rashford’s combination play has been key to the success under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and it was the improved duo that gave United an early lead.

Pogba’s precise through pass was controlled by the Rashford and the forward finished with precision and power to put United ahead in the 11th minute.

Leicester got themselves into some promising attacking areas and Rachid Ghezzal had their best chance for the home side when he forced a good save from David De Gea with a free kick on the edge of the box.

Jamie Vardy had a quiet afternoon, often having to make do with limited service and scuffing chances that fell his way, while Alexis Sanchez was unable to impress on his first league start under the interim manager.
