Leicester vs Manchester City: Pep Guardiola's side through to Carabao Cup semi-final

Holders Manchester City remained in the hunt for the quadruple after beating Leicester on penalties in the Carabao Cup.

Oleksandr Zincheko scored to win the shoot-out 3-1 after the match finished 1-1, sending City into the last four.

Arijanet Muric saved from James Maddison and Caglar Soyuncu, while Christian Fuchs also missed for Leicester.

It spared Raheem Sterling's blushes after the forward chipped his spot-kick over the bar. Re-live all the action below:

15 minutes to go until the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup begin, Middlesbrough welcome Burton Albion in a match that means a non Premier League will definitely reach the semi-finals, but who's it going to be?

Middlesbrough won their only previous League Cup meeting with Burton, coming from behind to win 2-1 in extra time in August 2015 thanks to two Cristhian Stuani goals.
 
This is the furthest Burton Albion have got in the League Cup - they're looking to become the first team from the third tier or lower to reach the semi-finals of the competition since Sheffield United in 2014-15.

And we're off! Man City start the match and they move the ball around their own defence to try and get a feel for the game before moving it quickly forward towards Leicester's goal.

17-year-old Garcia is called into action for Man City. Gray breaks forward for Leicester and uses his pace to run the ball to the left side of the box before putting a cross into the centre. Garcia heads it away before it meets Iheanacho.

Fuchs slides in and takes out Mahrez giving Man City a free kick in a dangerous area. De Bruyne puts it into the box but no-one makes any attempt to get to the ball and it goes out for a goal kick.

Choudhury makes a good tackle to stop Man City having a chance on goal but gives away a corner. De Bruyne takes and Leicester keep it out. 
12 mins: Leicester 0 - 0 Man City
 
Zinchenko links with Diaz to win a throw in as they continue to cause problems for Leicester down the left-hand side.

14 mins: Leicester 0 - 1 Man City - De Bruyne
 
De Bruyne opens the scoring with an act of brilliance. He brings the ball into the middle from the left wing, creates some space for himself and slots a right footed shot past Ward on the near post. 
18 mins: Leicester 0 - 1 Man City
 
Man City come at Leicester again and win another free kick. De Bruyne this time taking a tumble. They hit the wall though and Leicester have a chance to counter attack. 
21 mins: Leicester 0 - 1 Man City
 
Muric makes a full length save by diving to his left and giving Leicester a corner. The ball comes into the box and Zinchenko heads it clear. Encouraging signs for Leicester 
25 mins: Leicester 0 - 1 Man City
 
It's been mostly one-way traffic so far in this half as Man City continue to dominate possession. They win another corner and Leicester are under pressure once again.  
30 mins: Leicester 0 - 1 Man City
 
Aguero is caught offside this time and Man City are able to break down Leicester with ease, Simpson gets forward for Leicester though down the right wing and he puts the ball into the box only for it to be cleared away.
