Leicester City will seek an element of quickfire revenge against Liverpool on Tuesday, after the Reds knocked the Foxes out of the League Cup quarter-finals on penalties last week.
Brendan Rodgers’ side gave up a 3-1 lead late on in that game, before being hammered 6-3 by Premier League leaders Manchester City on Boxing Day.

Jurgen Klopp’s team were not in action as their match with Leeds was postponed, meaning they should be fairly fresh to face Leicester and look to cut the gap at the top of the table back to three points.
A two-goal win or better for Leicester would put them eighth, while a defeat and other results going against them could see them drop as low as 14th.
Here’s all you need to know ahead of the game.
When is the match?
The game kicks off at 8pm GMT on Tuesday 28 December at the King Power Stadium.

Prediction
Nowhere near as close an encounter as the recent League Cup meeting between the two; the gulf was evident as soon as the Reds made subs to bring senior players on last week and with a full-strength team in place, Klopp’s side should brush past a Foxes defence lacking organisation and an ability to withstand set pieces. Leicester 1-4 Liverpool.
