Leicester City injuries and team news for Manchester United clash in Premier League

Manchester United are back in action tomorrow after the international break and they will hope to bounce back after a number of disappointing results.

And they're going to have to do so without both of his first-choice centre backs for the trip to Leicester - with Harry Maguire and Raphael Varane ruled out.

United haven't won any of the last three meetings between these sides and their performance in the FA Cup clash at the King Power Stadium last year was arguably one of their worst of the entire season.

Although United have suffered a number of bad results as of late, they're only two points off the Premier League summit despite earning just a point from the last nine available in all competitions.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men face a tough schedule over the next few weeks, so they'll hope to defeat a struggling Leicester side tomorrow.

The Foxes themselves have not on a league game since August, have one of the lowest xGF counts in the division and were outplayed by Crystal Palace before the international break.

And they're likely to be without a few key players.

Here's an injury round-up of players unavailable, available and those who will be a late fitness decision

Unavailable

Leicester will be without their key man in midfield as Wilfried Ndidi remains out after picking up a hamstring injury earlier this month. The holding midfield who has been linked with a move to United has been a huge part of City's success in recent years.

Wesley Fofana is a long-term absentee after suffering a nasty leg injury in preseason against Villarreal. One of Leicester's better players, he'll be a huge loss their back line.

Right-back James Justin will also be out.

Rodgers said: "In terms of JJ, he’s working so hard. It won’t be too long, the next few weeks, we can see him joining the group around about the next international break. He’ll be a huge plus for us. Wesley is ahead of schedule. He is giving everything to his recovery. Hopefully not long after the Christmas period he could be back, which would be great news for us."

Probable

Jamie Vardy’s setback against Crystal Palace looks to have been nothing too serious, and Jonny Evans looks set to be in contention, though he might not start - another potential huge loss for Leicester.

Centre-back Jannik Vestergaard has also picked up a knock and will be a game time decision.

Available

Kelechi Iheanacho will be good to go after picking up a recent knock.
