Leicester City hero Gary Lineker's brilliant Nottingham Forest message after Arsenal win

Leicester City hero Gary Lineker watched Nottingham Forest book a fourth-round tie against his beloved Foxes and didn't hesitate to take to Twitter.

The Reds secured their place in the fourth round with a 1-0 victory over Arsenal as Lewis Grabban came off the bench to convert Ryan Yates' cross to seal a memorable triumph.

Forest fully deserved their victory as shot-shy Arsenal failed to trouble Brice Samba as the Gunners failed to register a shot on target in the entire 90 minutes against Steve Cooper's men.

And Lineker, who is the Match of the Day host, wrote on Twitter: "A late goal for @NFFC. A real smash and Grabban."

Forest's victory has now earned them a mouthwatering tie against Lineker's Foxes after the draw was made on Sunday afternoon.

And Leicester fans had dreamed of playing of Forest once the draw was made in what is set to be a brilliant East Midlands derby.

The clash between the sides, which is due to take place at the City Ground, will be played between 4 and 7 February, depending on which games are scheduled for TV.
