Yes, you read it right - Leeds will experience temperatures hotter than Spanish city Barcelona this week.
After days of dismal May weather, the forecast is suddenly looking up after a decent weekend.
The highs of that glorious long Easter weekend in April look set to return, with the mercury topping 20C in the coming days according to The Weather Channel.
The comparison to Barcelona is only marginal, nevertheless while holiday makers begin to flock to Spain for some summer sun - us here in Leeds will be basking in it too.
Today (Monday), that sunshine we've woken up to will certainly stick around, with highs of 19C - not bad!
Tomorrow will be the hottest day, with highs of 21C and hardly any cloud. Wedneday won't be too bad either at 20C. Though prepare for a chillier end to the week! Only slightly though!
