Leeds v Hull odds, prediction and why Mateusz can Klich just when it matters

Leeds saw off one local rival at the weekend, now they face a team from the other end of the M62.

Can they keep up the pressure on pace-setting West Bromwich Albion when they face Hull City on Tuesday night? We asked our Leeds expert Joe Mewis for his verdict in our popular punting previews.

Win lose or draw?

Leeds are aiming for a seventh win in a row and given the efficient way in which they saw off another local rival at the weekend, I'll go with another victory for Bielsa's men. The home win is 4/11 with thepools.com

First goalscorer?

Mateusz Klich has been back in the goals recently and is always a decent value bet to net first. He's a big 15/2 to net first and 12/5 to score at any time.

Who's on the naughty step?

Patrick Bamford was relentlessly booed by Huddersfield fans at the weekend and seems to be assuming something of a pantomime villain role of late which could well draw attention to him from the referee.

Who's on pens?

Bamford netted Leeds' last penalty and will be on spot kick duty until he misses one. That contributes to his odds on price of 5/6 to score at any time, although he is a solid 14/5 to score first .

Will Leeds keep a clean sheet?

Yes. Leeds have kept 11 clean sheets in 20 Championship games so far this season, which is a brilliant record. A 'No' in the Both teams To Score box is 10/11 .
