Tottenham Hotspur's trip to take on Leeds United has just had some extra spice added to it thanks to a cheeky social media post from the Elland Road based club.
Leeds United were the first team to don the "Champions League - EARN IT - Football is for the FANS" t-shirts that teams not involved in The Super League plans wore in the warm-up ahead of matches against the 'big six'.
And the Whites have once again had a little dig at one of the Super League teams, this time via Twitter.
Announcing the release of the television details for the upcoming clash the Leeds United tweet read. "Next month's fixtures against Brighton and former Super League side Tottenham Hotspur have been selected by BT Sport and Amazon Prime."
The tweet was referencing Tottenham's U-turn on taking part in a proposed new Super League.
In the reverse fixture between the two teams Spurs were comfortable 3-0 winners. Harry Kane and Son Heung Min put Tottenham 2-0 up at halftime with Toby Alderweireld adding a third shortly after the break.
The clash on Saturday, May 8 will be Tottenham's first visit to Elland Road since an FA Cup tie in January 2013, a game which saw Leeds run out 2-1 victors. Spurs' last win away to Leeds was back in 2010 when a Jermain Defoe hat-trick saw Tottenham progress into the FA Cup fifth round at their hosts' expense.
After the sly dig from Leeds, the game is sure to have a little more riding on it now than just three points and keeping Ryan Mason's team in the hunt for European football.
But before Spurs make the trip to Elland Road Mason will lead his team out for the first time to take on Southampton this evening at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for a 18:00 BST kick-off.
Spurs then face Manchester City in the League Cup final at Wembley on Sunday at 16:30 BST and host relegated Sheffield United on Sunday, May 2 at 19:15 BST.
