Leeds United return to the Premier League with a bang on Saturday following a dramatic 4-3 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield.
While the Whites didn't take any points away from their trip to Merseyside, they certainly made a statement to the rest of the division ahead of the campaign.
Money has already been spent this summer but there is still scope for further pieces of business before the window slams shut next month.
A host of players continue to be linked with a move to Elland Road and we have gathered some of the latest snippets surrounding Leeds below.
Conor Gallagher pursuit
According to Mail Online, Leeds United are keen on signing Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher on a permanent deal.
The report claims the 20-year-old is set to sign a new contract at Stamford Bridge before being allowed out on loan again - but Leeds are so confident in his ability they are willing to buy him.
West Brom are also in the hunt for the midfielder, who caught the eye during loan spells with Charlton Athletic and Swansea City in the Championship last term.
The Baggies are in the hunt for a loan deal, which may appeal for Chelsea, but Leeds could still move for a temporary deal if the Blues make it clear they will not sell.
Hands-off warning issued on Bryan
Fulham boss Scott Parker has stated there is 'no way' Joe Bryan will be leaving the club this summer.
The full-back has been linked with both Leicester City and Leeds United but, speaking after Saturday's 3-0 defeat against Arsenal, Parker stated he is staying put.
“Joe Bryan has been a massive part of what we’ve done and there’s no way I want him to leave the football club.
“Of course, we’ve brought in Antonee Robinson to give him a push for that position, but Joe Bryan is vital to the club.”
Leeds rival Wolves and Arsenal for forward
Leeds United are fighting Wolves and Arsenal in the transfer market for the services of Dijon forward Mounir Chouair, reports state.
France Football claim that the Whites are rivalling their two Premier League rivals for the services of the 21-year-old.
Due to the speculation, it's stated that Chouair will not feature for Dijon in their Ligue 1 clash against Brest on Sunday.
It's stated a fee would be worth around €15-20m, which would represent a club-record sale for the French side.
