We are just days away from the start of the Premier League season.
Leeds United appear to be in pretty good shape going into the opening weekend, having completed numerous signings since winning promotion from the Championship.
Yet there is still plenty of business to be done, with the Whites heavily linked to numerous other players.
With that in mind, here is the latest Leeds United transfer gossip.
Gvardiol latest
Croatian outlet 24Sata report that Leeds United have outbid RB Leipzig for Josko Gvardiol.
Yet there appears to be no resolution over the Dinamo Zagreb star's future in the short-term, with Leipzig's bid reportedly more than Leeds should certain add-ons be met.
Dinamo face Ferencvaros in the Champions League later this month and do not wish to resolve the player's future until after this tie takes place.
Villarreal join Foyth race
AS report that Villarreal have joined the race for Juan Foyth.
Former Arsenal boss Unai Emery is said to be a big fan of the Spurs defender, making the 22-year-old his top target in defence.
Spurs do not want to sell the Argentina international permanently but while Leeds have also been regularly linked to the player over the last 12 months, Leeds Live understands the player is not a priority for Marcelo Bielsa in the transfer market following the arrival of Robin Koch.
Arsenal unwilling to offload Holding
Newcastle have been dealt a blow in their hopes of landing Rob Holding - handing Leeds United a boost over their interest in the defender.
Sky Sports' Keith Downie says Arsenal have stalled over Newcastle's attempts to bring the 24-year-old in as they decide whether they should sign a replacement for Holding or not.
Leeds have also been linked with the former Fulham loanee.
