Leeds United are now just a few days away from their long-awaited Premier League return, which starts with a bang against defending champions Liverpool at Anfield.
Marcelo Bielsa has already added some eye-catching additions to his ranks, including the signing of Spain international Rodrigo for a club-record fee.
The Whites are certainly not done in the market though and continue to chase further additions, while there may also be outgoing deals on the cards.
Here, we have gathered some of the latest snippets surrounding Bielsa's side.
Crysencio Summerville to sign
Leeds United are set to sign Feyenoord winger Crysencio Summerville, Sky journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has stated on Twitter.
Dutch outlet Voetbal reported last week that the Whites were the “main candidates” to sign the 18-year-old, who wanted to leave the Eredivisie club.
It was suggested that Feyenoord had been left with no choice but to sell the winger, who could cost Leeds up to £1.3m, and it's suggested a deal has been reached.
Juan Foyth interest
Brighton and Leeds United hold an interest in out-of-favour Tottenham Hotspur defender Juan Foyth, according to El Periodico.
Spurs do not want to sell the Argentina international permanently but a loan move could be completed before the window closes.
However, Leeds Live understands the player is not a priority for Marcelo Bielsa in the transfer market following the arrival of Robin Koch.
Gvardiol deal close
The pathway for Leeds United signing Dinamo Zagreb centre-back Josko Gvardiol has been cleared.
That is because Sky Sports journalist Gianluca Di Marzio is reporting that RB Leipzig have now “stopped” their bid after Zagreb demanded £22.7m for the defender.
The Bundesliga side are believed to have made a bid of just £13.5m for the defender, while Leeds have reportedl offered £19.9m plus a clause that guarantees Zagreb 20% of any sell-on fee.
