Leeds United transfer rumours as claim of approach for Nantes winger and German side still wants Summerville

Here are the latest Leeds United transfer rumours on Sunday, January 30

Leeds 'made approach' for Nantes winger

A reporter has claimed that Leeds United made an approach for Nantes winger Moses Simon but the French side is so far not interested in selling the player.

The 26-year-old left-winger has made 19 appearances for Nantes this season, bagging two goals and six assists, and has apparently been approached by more than one club.

As picked by Sport Witness, journalist Ignazio Genuardi tweeted that Leeds had been pushing hardest.

He wrote: "Despite the approach of some foreign clubs, #Nantes continues to consider Mr. #Simon as untransferable. Unless there is an XXL offer (around 20 M € ), the Super Eagle will not move this winter.

Then he added: "On the Premier League side, Leeds notably made a push approach."

German club wants certainty over Summerville

Another one picked up by Sport Witness, this time from a German website, which said that Hamburg side HSC are finding talks over Leeds winger Crysencio Summerville "increasingly difficult".

Sport Witness previously said that German newspapers have reported that HSC have "held talks" with Leeds over signing the 20-year-old on a loan deal for the remainder of the season.

However, Sport Witness has now translated a report from the Hamburger Morgenpost which claims HSC "want a decision" from Leeds over the weekend with talks "increasingly difficult".

The report, according to Sport Witness, also says that the German club feel they have received "mixed signals" from Leeds.

Chelsea 'appreciate' Raphinha and may make move in summer

According to a journalist, and picked up by Football Londo n, Chelsea are still very keen on Leeds United winger Raphinha but won't make a move until summer.

The Blues have already been linked to Raphinha, as have several big clubs, most notably Liverpool. This weekend it was rumoured that West Ham were in the running, which is when Chelsea's name came up again.

Responding to the interest in Raphinha, journalist Gianluigi Longari tweeted: " No chance to proceed with a deal with Hammers now. #Raphinha is on talk with Leeds for a new contract since weeks.

"For the summer so many club are interested in him, and #Chelsea appreciate him so much."
