Leeds United will play their first Premier League match in 16 years on Saturday, as they travel to last season’s champions Liverpool.
It’s been a busy summer so far for Marcelo Bielsa and the club’s hierarchy, as they look to build a squad capable of competing in the top-flight.
The Whites have already signed seven players - some new and some being loan deals that have now turned permanent.
It looks like Bielsa is still searching for a few more players before the window shuts in a months’ time, and with that being said, here is the latest batch of transfer rumours on Leeds.
Rodrigo De Paul update
Rodrigo De Paul is still a 'serious target' for Leeds United, according to The Athletic, per TEAMtalk.
The Whites are fighting to sign the Udinese midfielder, who is valued at £31million.
But the 26-year-old is also interested in signing for Juventus, who have been linked with a move for the Argentine.
Leeds still in Gallagher battle
Leeds United are still in the race to sign Chelsea youngster Conor Gallagher on loan.
Gallagher is close to putting pen to paper a new long-term deal with Chelsea and will head out on loan to a Premier League club.
Crystal Palace are the favourites to acquire the playmaker on loan but Leeds are still in the mix, report The Sun.
Fulham join Leeds in Wilson race
Fulham are plotting a move for one of Leeds United's summer transfer targets.
The Whites want to sign Liverpool winger Harry Wilson, who has a price tag of £20million.
Fulham have now joined the race to sign the 23-year-old, according to The Sun, but are only likely to be made a bid if his asking price is reduced by the Premier League champions.
