Leeds United continue to make plans for their first season back in the Premier League.
Whilst the Whites have sent striker Ryan Edmondson on loan to Aberdeen, fans are keenly waiting to see who comes through the arrival doors at Elland Road.
With that in mind, here are the latest Leeds United transfer rumours.
Director on release clause
Union Berlin's sporting director admits that Sebastian Andersson's £4m release clause is common knowledge.
The striker netted 12 goals in the Bundesliga in 2019/20 but has a very low buy-out clause in his contract, which has led to links with Leeds and the likes of Celtic and Watford.
Speaking to Berliner Zeitung, Union Berlin's sporting director, Oliver Ruhnert said everyone is aware of the clause.
He said: "Everyone knows about the clause, either it is paid or not."
Defender linked
Bleacher Report claim Leeds United are keen on River Plate defender Gonzalo Montiel.
The full-back was influential in his side's run to the Copa Libertadores and comes at a fee of around £15m.
Montiel has been described as being a similar sort of player to Pablo Zabaleta and can also play at centre-back and wing-back.
Whilst West Ham and Bundesliga trio Stuttgart, Bayer Leverkusen and Schalke are all keen, Leeds could well hold the edge thanks to the pulling power of Marcelo Bielsa.
Florenzi looked at
The Athletic report that Leeds United have run the rule over Alessandro Florenzi.
Florenzi is set to leave Roma this summer and can play at both right-back and in midfield, with his versatility proving a big lure for the Whites.
Yet his preference is said to be to remain in Italy, with Sampdoria, Fiorentina and Atalanta all said to be interested parties.
The 29-year-old came through Roma's youth system.
