Leeds United secured their first victory back as a Premier League last Saturday, defeating Fulham 4-3 in a thrilling encounter at Elland Road.
It was the perfect way for Leeds to bounce back from the midweek disappointments against Hull City in the Carabao Cup, as the League One side sent Marcelo Bielsa's man packing.
Now, though, with Bielsa's men having got that first win of the season under their belts, they will be hoping to build on it when they face Yorkshire rivals Sheffield United at Bramall Lane on Sunday lunchtime.
And ahead of the trip to South Yorkshire Bielsa could have a new face to call upon in the shape of Real Sociedad defender Diego Llorente. It is understood that Leeds are very close to signing the centre-back after they struck a deal with the La Liga outfit.
Should the Whites get a deal over the line for the Spaniard, it would take the club's tally of summer signing to 11. However, there is nothing to say that Llorente's arrival would spell the end of Leeds' summer recruitment drive, with the club continuing to be linked with a move for Udinese star Rodrigo De Paul.
