Former Leeds United defender Ben Parker has urged Marcelo Bielsa to ignore his critics after back-to-back defeats.
The Whites' momentum from their good start to the season was checked before the international break as they suffered back-to-back 4-1 defeats to Leicester City and Crystal Palace.
It has prompted criticism from pundits, arguing that Bielsa's style of football is proving to be too gung-ho for the Premier League.
There have also been questions over whether Leeds' unique man-to-man marking system is too easily exploited by quick forwards in the Premier League.
With a home game against Arsenal on Sunday, it will be interesting to see whether the Whites have adapted their gameplan following the disappointing displays.
An international break may have provided the opportunity for Bielsa to reset things.
Yet Parker says Bielsa should not change his style and that the Whites need to remain true to what has brought them success under the Argentine.
"To be fair, I think a lot of groups of teams so far in the Premier League, they are in the same situation as us, done well in parts, could improve in others and it is going to be a season like that," Parker said on LUTV.
"But as long as we just keep remaining true to ourselves, what we like to do, our philosophy, closing down working hard.
"Do not change because you have a couple of bad results, you are going to get that throughout the course of the season.
"But focus on the positives, and just tweak a little bit of those few negatives as well."
