Leeds United tipped, Swansea City fancied and Cardiff City moving in - how the final Championship table is now expected to look

Leeds United and Swansea City were both unable to secure a victory this weekend, with Marcelo Bielsa’s side held by Derby County and the Swans drawing with Bristol City.

That leaves things very open at the top of the pile after eight matches, with the pair both on 17 points - ahead of Preston North End and QPR on 16 points, while Nottingham Forest and Bristol City are sat on 15 points.

Cardiff City, who beat Middlesbrough 1-0 on Saturday, have moved into 13th position on 12 points in a heavily congested league.

While it is still early in the season, predictions for the campaign ahead are already being made and the bookies have shared the latest odds for the 2019/20 campaign.

Leeds remain favourites to secure the title, at a price of evens, with Fulham sat on 5/1, West Brom at 17/2 and Swansea at 12/1 despite their solid start to the season.

The picture is similar in the hunt for promotion, with Bielsa’s side 4/11, Fulham 5/4, West Brom 7/4 and Swansea 14/5.

Here are the latest odds according to The Pools...
