Leeds United will be looking to get back to winning ways in the Premier League this evening as they lock horns with high-flying Aston Villa at Villa Park.
The Whites suffered their first home defeat since returning to the top-flight of English football on Monday evening, being beaten 1-0 by Wolverhampton Wanderers.
But Marcelo Bielsa's side can ill-afford to dwell on that too much, with this evening's clash against Dean Smith's Villa likely to be one of the sternest tests they have faced so far this season.
Whilst Leeds' fans that own either a Sky Sports or BT Sport subscription have been able to watch their team in action so far this term, with supporters still unable to attend matches due to the coronavirus pandemic, they will have to pay £14.95 if they are to watch the game this evening.
That is because tonight's clash at Villa Park is the first of Leeds' games to full under the Pay Per View bracket, with the game only available to watch via the BT Sport Box Office.
Whilst some of the most loyal of supporters will be prepared to stump up the cost, some supporters most certainly won't be, with them seeing a better reward for their money.
The reward in question is raising enough money to provide free meals, with Leeds United's Supporters' Trust recently having set up a #BoycottPPV campaign, which will see fans donate £14.95 to the charity in order to raise money to provide free meals to the Leeds Fans foodbank. You can donate here.
Since being set up earlier this month, the campaign had raised £37,000 as of 3.30pm on Friday, with supporters donating £14.95 each that they could have used to watch Leeds' trip to Villa.
Instead, it now means, at the time of writing, that 28,000 extra meals can now be provided to those in need.
