Ezgjan Alioski on the radar as a transfer target for Marseille fans

Leeds United star Gjanni Alioski has been backed to the fill void at one of Europe's top clubs this summer.

Football Club de Marseille the leading fanzine for French club Olympique de Marseille, believe the Whites wide-man forward is the answer to the club's problems this summer.

The Ligue 1 outfit are reportedly set for a squad overhaul this summer after missing out on European football last season.

The site takes an in-depth look at Alioski, who was one of his side's shining star last season, before detailing why their side should sign the Macedonian international this summer.

The profile reads: "Ezjgan Alioski is an ultra combative player who has adapted to the demanding system of Marcelo Bielsa, which could please OM supporters."

"His versatility and his passion can be assets for the new coach of the OM, Andre Vilas Boas, who appreciates the offensive game and likes to play with a median block or even high. Indeed, the Macedonian international is able to evolve lateral left but also as left middle."

LeedsLive understands there has been no approach from the French club for the 27-year-old - and that he is not for sale this summer.

But the fact the club's players are attracting the attention of those around Europe, clearly shows Marcelo Bielsa and his side are heading the right direction ahead of another promotion push this season.
