Leeds' United's squad has increased in value more than any other in Europe's top five leagues.
That's according to a study by Casumo which discovered that the Leeds squad has increased in value by a massive £83.77million since January.
It's of little surprise as so much has changed in 2020. After a 16-year exile, the Whites finally returned to the Premier League under the guidance of Marcelo Bielsa and an influx of quality players was brought in during the summer transfer window in preparation for the new season.
Valencia and Spain striker Rodrigo was the marquee arrival but he was also joined by more international talent with Raphinha, Diego Llorente and Robin Koch also arriving in big money moves.
Helder Costa and Illan Mesier's loan moves were also made permanent while Jack Harrison returned for a third loan spell from Manchester City in what was a very busy summer for the Yorkshire club.
The value has also increased thanks to the brilliant start some players have made to life in the top flight, with Patrick Bamford, Mateusz Klich and Kalvin Phillips - who has since earned his first England caps - all proving they are more than cut out for the highest level.
According to the study, Leeds' squad was worth £79.43million in January, which has now increased by 105.5 per cent to £163.19million.
The increase is the most by any other top side in Europe, with Serie A's Atalanta narrowly finishing in second place following their brilliant Champions League campaign with a £79.25 value increase.
Leeds are joined by four other Premier League clubs in the top 10 with Fulham, Aston Villa, Sheffield United and Manchester United all increasing their values. La Liga sides Granada, Villarreal and Seville, as well as French club Rennes, make up the rest of the top 10.
