Leeds United receive guard of honour from Derby County at Pride Park

Leeds United have received a guard of honour from Derby County ahead of this afternoon's clash at Pride Park.

Marcelo Bielsa's side were confirmed has champions of the Championship without kicking a ball on Saturday afternoon after Brentford lost at Stoke City. Their promotion back to the Premier League came the evening before when West Bromwich Albion fell to defeat at Huddersfield Town.

They have now taken to the pitch for the first time since Thursday night's 1-0 win over Barnsley and have been honoured by the side that knocked them out of the Championship playoffs in such heartbreaking fashion last season.

The likes of former Manchester United man Wayne Rooney were present to honour Bielsa's title winners.

Bielsa made seven changes for this afternoon's clash following some wild celebrations on Thursday night.

Derby have lost their last three games and will miss this season's playoffs.
