The Leeds United squad have been out and about on their first full day Down Under after arriving in Perth on Sunday.
Marcelo Bielsa has sent a 16-man squad to Australia for the club's friendly double-header against Manchester United and Western Sydney Wanderers as the White continue their pre-season preparations.
The likes of skipper Liam Cooper, midfielder Kalvin Phillips and loanee winger Jack Harrison are all part of the squad, several of whom took to social media to show off their new surroundings.
Following the club's 22-hour flight which saw them change at Dubai, the club were straight in the gym , with Adam Forshaw then posting a snap of his hotel bed as the club looked to get some rest in.
Patrick Bamford woke up and posted a video of his hotel room view with the caption 'not bad for winter', with the temperature topping out at 21c in Perth on Monday.
The club's performance nutritionist Nessan Costello was with the travelling party and he was keeping a close eye on the squad's breakfast, sharing a picture of Gaetano Berardi tucking in to selection of fresh fruit.
