How Leeds United's players rated in dominant Bristol City win

Leeds United (4-1-4-1)

13 Kiko Casilla - six

A spectator for the vast majority of the match. Strong wind played havoc with one pass out from the back in the second half, but thankfully not punished.

2 Luke Ayling - seven

A blockbuster of a first half when he and Helder Costa took the Bristol City left flank to the cleaners repeatedly. Took his close-range goal well and enjoyed his celebration with the South Stand. Drives out from the back were effective and caused disarray in the away ranks.

5 Ben White - six

A quiet match with very little to do as Bristol failed to attack effectively throughout the game.

6 Liam Cooper © - seven

Organised and mopped up anything which came through to him, although it was limited. One telling tackle on Andreas Weimann stood out in the first half, which denied a one on one.

15 Stuart Dallas - six

Again, much better out wide, using his pace and engine to explode beyond opposition wide men. Booked for a clip on Niclas Eliasson.

23 Kalvin Phillips - seven

Nowhere near as much work to do as in Brentford on Tuesday, but no stress at all here for the midfielder. Passing and tackling on point throughout.

17 Helder Costa - six

Again enjoyed plenty of space to sprint into and cause chaos. Deliveries not always there and should have finished an open-goal chance in the second half.

19 Pablo Hernandez - seven

Started the match with the heavy touch of Tuesday display, but came to life as he found his groove and switched his passing game on. Pressing not always at its most intense.

43 Mateusz Klich - seven

Still yet to miss a league game since Marcelo Bielsa arrived and still providing most of the energy on the pitch. The man to break the lines from deep, the man to get that first tackle in on the counter-press.

22 Jack Harrison - six

All the energy and work rate, but crosses are not finding their targets still and while they don't win games by more than a one-goal margin, it's a problem.

9 Patrick Bamford - six

May have had a brace or a hat-trick on another day. Keeps making the runs and trying to find that space in the box, but so often there are defenders between him and the ball.

Substitutes

1 Illan Meslier

3 Barry Douglas

10 Ezgjan Alioski

11 Tyler Roberts

28 Gaetano Berardi

29 Jean-Kevin Augustin (on for Bamford 75min) - six

Evidently improvements still to come with his fitness. Ran about a bit, but no real impact on the game, none of the hold-up play crucial to setting up the team's attacks. May have had his first goal late on.

46 Jamie Shackleton (on for Hernandez 90min) - N/A
