Leeds linked with Norwegian left-back
Leeds United are one of a host of English clubs that have been linked with a move for promising Norwegian left-back Fredrik Andre Bjorkan.
According to Teamtalk, the Whites, along with Brighton, Newcastle, Bournemouth and Norwich are all monitoring the 22-year-old Bodo Glimt defender, who has helped his side win the Norwegian title this season.
Norway under-21s international Bjorkan has 12 months remaining on his contract, but interest in England and elsewhere in Europe means that he is unlikely to see out his current deal.
The Norwegian season ends this weekend.
Hernandez reminds Bielsa what Leeds have been missing
Pablo Hernandez's first touches on the Elland Road turf since his substitution against Leicester City last month could not have been better planned.
Introduced in the final stages of the game against Newcastle United, with the Whites narrowly leading 3-2, it was to be Hernandez's composure and delicate class that secured the three points, within minutes of coming on.
Two assists in a single game is ample reward for any creative midfielder, never mind two inside eight minutes, but that was the value of the 35-year-old's contribution at Elland Road on a chilly December night.

Klopp praises 'incredible' Bielsa
Marcelo Bielsa was pipped to the FIFA's Best Men's Coach award on Wednesday evening, as Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp took the prize.
This was the second year in a row that the Reds boss took home the award, but he was quick to praise Bielsa and Bayern Munich head coach Hansi Flick, who rounded out the top three.
"I don't know why people voted for me but, for me, Flick deserved it for his titles," he said before turning his attention to Bielsa.
"He's doing an incredible job at Leeds," Klopp said. "Not winning doesn't say anything bad about Marcelo Bielsa, one of the most influential coaches in world football.
"I have never met anyone who had anything bad to say about him.
"He is known as a great football brain, winning an award or not does not make you a bad coach.
"My opinion doesn't change about him, he's an incredible, incredible coach."
