Robinson in favour of QSI investment
Rumours continue to circulate that Qatar Sports Investments are going to pump money into Leeds United.
Former Whites goalkeeper Paul Robinson has been speaking to MOT Leeds News about the potential deal, and he thinks it would be good for both the club and owner Andrea Radrizzani.
“I think it would be a good business opportunity for him (Radrizzani) to get some more money to go alongside his vision,” he said.
“If it is QSI then you get more experience.
“The background and knowledge of business and football from QSI is incredible and it would be an absolutely fantastic partnership if it happened.”
James not heading to Elland Road
Daniel James was linked with a move to Leeds while he was with Swansea City, and there continues to be rumours he might head to Elland Road even though he has since moved to Manchester United.
However, according to the Manchester Evening News, there is no chance that the Welsh international winger will be joining the Whites on loan this summer.
Adam Forshaw on Ben White’s future
Ben White has been superb for Leeds, but is only at the club on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion so his future may lay elsewhere.
Teammate Adam Forshaw is a big fan, and has told Leeds That podcast he thinks White should stay where he is loved.
“One thing I’ve realised in my own career is, sometimes, the grass isn’t always greener when you think it might be,” he said. "Hindsight’s a wonderful thing, but he’s going to be flattered by the interest he’s getting from other clubs, which is understandable.
“He’s a young kid as well, but the grass isn’t always greener. When you’re loved at a place, and he is loved, sometimes you can take that for granted."
