Leeds United 'make offer' for £15m star, Nottingham Forest make decision on duo and Cardiff City boss pours cold water on transfer rumour

Forest want to offload duo

Nottingham Forest are considering accepting loan offers for Carl Jenkinson and Tendayi Darikwa, according to The Sun on Sunday, via Nottingham Forest News .

Forest boss Sabri Lamouchi is looking to streamline his squad and could look to loan out the two right-backs.

The report states that if Forest do receive loan offers for either Jenkinson or Darikwa, then the club will accept them.

Cyrus Christie started at right-back for Lamouchi’s side as they were beaten by Huddersfield Town 1-0 on Saturday afternoon.

Leeds make offer for Norwich star

Leeds United have made a £15m bid for Norwich City star Todd Cantwell, according to Football Insider .

Cantwell was one of the very few positives to come out of the Canaries’ poor 2019-20 Premier League campaign that saw them fall back down to the Championship.

The report states that the Whites have now submitted a £15m offer for the 22-year-old, as Marcelo Bielsa looks to add more depth to his attacking line-up.

Amid the offer from Elland Road, Cantwell has been left out of Norwich’s squad for their Championship game against Bournemouth.

Cardiff won’t be signing Knockaert

Cardiff City have not made contact over signing Anthony Knockaert, according to manager Neil Harris, despite conflicting reports.

When speaking to WalesOnline , Harris was quick to deny speculation over a move for the Fulham attacker.

The Bluebirds boss said: “Anthony Knockaert has proven himself to be a top player at this level.

“Has there been any contact from me or the club? No. I saw it on Sky Sports so I would suggest that’s probably been agent-led.”

Suarez set to leave Watford ‘in the coming hours’

Watford striker Luis Suarez is set to leave the club ‘in the coming hours’, according to Spanish outlet AS .

Suarez enjoyed a fantastic season on loan at Real Zaragoza last time out, attracting interest from various Spanish and Italian clubs.

The Hornets wanted to keep Suarez at one stage, but the forward wants to leave Vicarage Road instead.

The Colombian is now set to move to Granada, with the La Liga side finalising a loan deal - with an option to buy - for the Watford man.
