Leeds to reject mega bids

Leeds United are expected rebuff bids for star men Kalvin Phillips and Jack Clarke this summer.

Aston Villa and Wolves are keen on Phillips, with Leeds demanding at least £20million before even considering offers, according to the Mirror.

While the Daily Star report that the Elland Road side will reject interest in Clarke too; Tottenham have recently been credited with £20million interest in him.

Villa keen on Wales star

Aston Villa will ask Chelsea for Wales starlet Ethan Ampadu on loan next season.

The teenager has found game-time difficult to come by in West London.

John Terry's influence at Cobham could be a telling factor, report the Guardian.

Leeds leading race for target

Leeds United are planning to beat off interest from their rivals by offering £250K for Carlisle United winger Liam Macaroon.

Premier League side Wolves are also tracking the 18-year-old, who played 18 games in League Two last season.

MailOnline state that the Whites are confident of getting a deal over the line and believe their ability to offer more game-time could be the clinching factor.

Race for Lowe takes twist

Millwall have reportedly made a bid for West Brom target Jamal Lowe, something which represents a blow to West Brom, who are also after the Portsmouth winger.

The 24-year-old bagged 15 goals in League One last term and assisted eight more as Portsmouth made the play-offs before missing out on promotion.

Mirror Football state that Millwall have opened the bidding for the player with an offer of £2.5m.  Cardiff City have also been tracking the exciting talent.

Bayliss attracts interest

West Ham are leading a four-way battle for Coventry City's Tom Bayliss.

Villa, Everton and Liverpool are all interested in the 20-year-old midfielder, according to BirminghamLive.
