Leeds United made a superb impression on their first game back in the Premier League.
But how are the players away from the Elland Road first-team picture getting on?
United have a clutch of stars out on loan, scattered across Europe.
Here, we check in how they are doing at their temporary clubs.
Rafa Mujica
Leeds' Spanish youngster has again been sent out on loan, this time to second division Real Oviedo.
The 21-year-old winger came on for a cameo in their opening league game of the season on Sunday.
Mujica came off the bench in the 73rd minute but couldn't prevent a goalless draw at home to Cartagena.
He will be hoping for a starting berth on Saturday when Oviedo travel to Mirandes.
Laurens de Bock
The Belgian defender made his fourth start for Zulte Waregem in their league clash with Charleroi on Sunday night.
The 27-year-old hasn't played for Leeds since March 2018 and it seems highly unlikely he will feature for them again.
De Bock has played every minute of Waregem's season so far and a move back to Belgium might be on the cards long-term, if he impresses.
He is under contract at Elland Road until summer 2022.
Ryan Edmondson
The 19-year-old striker moved to Aberdeen at the start of the Scottish Premiership season, initially until January.
However, he played just 25 minutes as a sub against Rangers back on August 1 and then suffered an ankle injury in training.
He returned to Leeds to get treatment but is now on the road to recovery and eyeing up a return for the Scottish side.
He tweeted: “A massive thank you goes out to Rob Price and all of the medial staff at Leeds United for helping me on my road to recovery.
“Been quicker than we expected!! Time to head back up to Aberdeen. Wish Leeds United all the best.”
In his absence, Derek McInnes' side have won five games from five so Edmondson may have a fight on his hands to get a place in the side upon his return.
Kun Temenuzhkov
The Bulgarian forward is in his second loan spell away from Elland Road.
He is at Spanish side Real Union, following a spell at La Nucia in the second part of 2019-20. He only managed a handful of appearances due to the Covid-19 pandemic halting the season in March.
Union's season is not scheduled to start until mid-October. They are part of an 11-team division - one of ten separate divisions in the convoluted third tier in Spain.
