Leeds United latest: Dallas analysis, White on promotion, Hull warn fans

Stuart Dallas's evolution into a stalwart of Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds United, Ben White's thoughts on the magnitude of promotion and Hull City's warning to Whites fans are at the top of the agenda today.

Here is a look at the latest Leeds United headlines...

Bielsa may have finally solved a Leeds United problem position

Stuart Dallas is coming up to five years since he first joined Leeds United, and he’s had an up-and-down time of it.

Originally joining with Uwe Rosler as boss, his early appearances came during what was then-commonplace turmoil around him, with Massimo Cellino in the boardroom and Steve Evans succeeding the short-lived Rosler in the dugout.

An ever-present in a mediocre, forgettable campaign, the Northern Ireland international would go on to play more of a peripheral role in subsequent seasons and suffer the odd injury setback.

Marcelo Bielsa has become quite the fan, starting him in every single Championship game this season, but he had to bide his time to work his way into the Argentinian’s plans and largely played a backseat role in last season’s promotion push.

Ben White on why Leeds promotion wouldn't be surpassed

Ben White says there would be no better team to be promoted to the Premier League with than with Leeds United.

The Whites moved a step closer to the promised land on Saturday with a 1-0 victory over Reading.

The 22-year-old had a tricky test against the Royals, once again moving from his preferred position of central defender to the base of midfield after Kalvin Phillips pulled up with an injury midway through the first half.

Despite the switch, it was another assured performance from the rising star, as Leeds kept their second clean sheet in a row in their first back-to-back wins since Christmas.

Leeds United fans sent a warning by Hull ahead of weekend match

Leeds United fans have been warned about purchasing tickets in the home end for their away clash with Hull City later this month.

The Whites head to the KCOM Stadium on February 29, with a sell-out away crowd expected to follow them across from West to East Yorkshire.

United have been allocated 3,500 tickets for the away end for the match which will be shown live on Sky Sports at 12.30pm.

With tickets for any Leeds away match hard to come by, let alone a match in such close proximity, there have been suggestions on social media some visiting supporters could look to purchase tickets in the home end of the stand.
