Speaking with LUTV on the pitch shortly just minutes after the final whistle, the striker reflected on United’s spirit and his own role in the match, scoring the first and third goals of their memorable second-half comeback as he ended a personal goal drought.
Radrizzani commitment
Leeds United chief executive Angus Kinnear has responded to fans questioning the financial commitment and resources of owner Andrea Radrizzani.
The club have been active in the transfer market in the past week, signing Ian Poveda from Manchester City and securing the services of Jean-Kevin Augustin on loan from Bundesliga leaders RB Leipzig.
Despite this, questions have been asked about Radrizzani' s input into the side financially and Kinnear has now revealed that the owner is subsidising the increased wages of the Whites.
