Leeds United have issued an update on the fitness of central defensive duo Liam Cooper and Diego Llorente after the pair both picked up injuries while on international duty.
Whites skipper Cooper played 120 minutes for the Scotland side against Israel last week, but was then absent from their Sunday evening clash against Slovakia, with Steve Clarke confirming he had picked up an injury.
Llorente played 90 minutes as Spain held Portugal to a 0-0 draw, but was also absent from La Roja's next clash owing to injury.
Both players have now returned to Thorp Arch for assessment, with the club confirming they are both suffering from groin problems.
Llorente will be sidelined for up to three weeks, ruling him out of Leeds United's Elland Road clash against Wolves next Monday, plus the trip to Aston Villa the following Friday. Leeds host Leicester City on Monday November 2, which may be a realistic comeback date for the Spaniard.
The club have confirmed Cooper's injury is not as severe, with the Whites captain expected to be available within the next two weeks and may face a late fitness test for Monday's match against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Should Cooper not make it, then Bielsa will likely draft up Pascal Struijk to replace him alongside Robin Koch in the line-up, with the young Dutchman deputising when Cooper was ruled out of the season opener at Anfield.
Leeds currently sit eighth in the Premier League table during the current international break.
