Leeds United have one last target following 4-0 thrashing of Burnley

Leeds United haven't given up hope of qualifying for Europe in their first season back in the Premier League.

That's the message from Jack Harrison after the Manchester City loanee took centre stage during their resounding 4-0 victory against Burnley this afternoon.

Mateusz Klich set the Whites on their way at Turf Moor with a superb curling strike just before half-time.

However, it was all about Harrison - and substitute Rodrigo - upon the restart. Indeed, he doubled their advantage, before combining with his Spanish teammate twice inside three second-half minutes.

As a result, Marcelo Bielsa's side are now five points shy of sixth-placed West Ham.

However, with there being such a strong contingent of Premier League sides in the final stages of the Champions League and Europa League this season, there is every chance there will be more qualification places available at the end of this campaign - in addition to the newly-created Europa Conference League.

During a post-match interview with BT Sport, Harrison said: "Definitely. We are always ambitious as a team and we are going to be striving for that. It's been a good season so far for us as a club in the first season back in the Premier League. We are hoping to finish strong."

On the impact of Kalvin Phillips, he added: "He's a class player and you can see why he has been brought up into the England squad. Some of the passes he made today were unbelievable.

"He's that next calibre of player and is a great addition for us."
