Leeds United have been drawn against fellow Premier League side West Ham United in the FA Cup third round draw.
Marcelo Bielsa's side will travel to the London Stadium for their clash with the Hammers in the all top-flight affair.
It will be the first of Leeds' two trips to West Ham in the space of just a week, as they head to David Moyes' side just a week later for their league clash.
Leeds will be hoping to pick up their first win over West Ham since promotion from the Championship in 2020, as the Hammers completed a league double over the Whites last season, before a Michail Antonio winner secured them all three points at Elland Road in September.
Ties are set to be played weekend commencing Friday 7 January and an announcement regarding broadcast information and kick-off details will follow in due course.
Leeds will be looking to progress through to the fourth round of the competition for the first time since the 2016/17 season.
The Whites have been defeated at this stage of the FA Cup in the last four seasons, losing to League Two side’s Newport County and Crawley Town, with defeats against Queens Park Rangers and Arsenal in between.
The last opponents they were victorious against were Cambridge United, when goals from Stuart Dallas and Alex Mowatt earned Garry Monk’s side a hard-fought 2-1 win.
It is also the sixth successive season that Leeds have been handed a third round draw away from home, with their last coming in a 2-0 victory over Rotherham United, thanks to goals from Mustapha Carayol on his debut, and Souleymane Doukara.
