A group of Leeds United fans have raised over £30,000 following an auction for a signed centenary shirt.
Fans have had the chance to win the special shirt in honour of United’s 100th birthday, signed by the Leeds squad and Marcelo Bielsa himself.
The Square Ball fanzine has managed to raise more than 20 times their original target of £1,500 by putting together the charity raffle at £5 per entry, with the lucky winner due to be announced in the coming days.
You did it! Thirty thousand bloody pounds! Genuinely amazing. Beyond our wildest dreams. That money will make a huge difference to a lot of people. Leeds fans are alright, you know. pic.twitter.com/ZUY74UaIz5

The shirt itself was worn as a one-off for the club’s centenary game, the 1-0 win over Birmingham City back in October.
Gaetano Berardi was personally involved in getting his boss to sign the shirt, which is being used to raise funds for Leeds Children’s Hospital charity Leeds Cares.
You can still donate to their fundraiser at their Just Giving page, although the raffle itself has now closed.
The Square Ball will also be joining forces with the LUFC Trust and walking from Leeds to Huddersfield on Saturday morning before the Yorkshire derby at the John Smith's Stadium in order to raise money for their foodbank initiative.
