Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa was part of the virtual attendance for the FIFA awards on Thursday evening but it seems he couldn't be dragged away from his duties.
The Whites boss was among the three nominees for Coach of the Year, alongside Liverpool's Premier League-winning boss Jurgen Klopp and Bayern Munich's Hansi Flick, who led the Bavarian side to the treble.
In the end, it was Klopp who took home the award for the second year in a row and he had kind words to say about his two counterparts.
While praising Bielsa, Klopp also revealed that Thiago Alcantara spotted that Bielsa, while the rest were in suits, attended the virtual conference in his Leeds tracksuit.
"We were all sitting there in a suit and Thiago mentioned Marcelo wore the Leeds tracksuit, so probably sitting in his office and preparing the next game," he told Liverpool's official website.
Leeds' next game is arguably their biggest since returning to the Premier League, as they travel across the Pennines to tackle historic rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The clash is the first in the top-flight between the two sides since 2004, with the two rivals clashing twice in other competitions in the 16 years sine that fixture.
