Leeds United supporters have chosen a team without Stuart Dallas or Daniel James for this evening’s trip to Brighton & Hove Albion.
That is despite James netting his first goal for the club in last weekend’s defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, although there is a place for Joe Gelhardt, who impressed on his full debut in North London.
Instead on the left wing, Jack Harrison has been backed to keep his place after providing the assist for the Welshman last weekend with a superb cross.
The Whites fans would like to see both Rodrigo and Raphinha make an instant return into the starting line-up after their injuries, which was always going to mean one of James, Gelhardt and Harrison dropping to the bench.
Junior Firpo is also wanted back in the starting XI after he came off the bench at Spurs for his first appearance since the 1-0 win over Watford in early October.
Using the LeedsLive selector tool, supporters have gone with a 4-5-1 formation, although due to a split of the vote among the defensive options, it has seen a back four of Firpo, Diego Llorente, Liam Cooper and Pascal Struijk, with Dallas dropping out of the XI.
In midfield, Leeds’ fanbase have backed Adam Forshaw and Kalvin Phillips to continue their partnership that was so effective in the 1-1 draw with Leicester City just before the international break.
Mateusz Klich is the final player from the match at Spurs who supporters want to see dropped to the bench, with the aforementioned Rodrigo replacing him.
