It really wouldn’t be end of the year without a list would it? And, with that in mind we’ve put together a shortlist of Leeds heroes from the last year.
Long and hard we’ve debated a selection of candidates and we’d like you to vote for your favourite hero of 2019.
On the list below, we’ve included a selection of people and organisations who have made us smile over the last 12 months.
Some people have had a massive influence on the city while others have done little things which make a difference to our lives.
