"Everyone is fighting a battle and sometimes you need to be kinder to realise what people are going through."
That's the message from a 25-year-old man from Leeds who has been overwhelmed with messages of support since opening up about his mental health struggles.
When Billy White posted what he believed to be an relatively innocuous message online in August, he could not have imagined the impact he would have.
In the space of just a few weeks, his post has been shared thousands of times - and he has been inundated with people thanking him for his honesty.
The post, which details how Billy has learned to manage his mental health struggles with the help of prescribed medicine, resonated with people all over the world.

Billy told LeedsLive that he has struggled with his mental health for the past three or four years and initially he was worried about what people might think.
He said: "It was a struggle growing up with it and I kept it a secret for a long time.
"I never told anybody about it due to embarrassment and because it was never really spoken about."
Things came to a head when he started experiencing suicidal thoughts and he ran away from home, but that's when he decided to seek help.
He is now urging anyone in a similar situation to speak to someone about how they are feeling - be that a friend, family member or medical professional - because help is out there.
"My message is to be open and admit to difficulties they may be struggling with," said Billy, from Yeadon.
"Seek advice and speak to your family and friends. Don’t hide behind your emotions as it will never get better. Things will be difficult at first, but you’ll feel a huge weight lifted.
"As a young male myself I thought I would get judged but everybody was so supportive. It’s about finding someone you trust to speak to. Stay strong and speak."
Billy has found that medication has worked for him, but he says that there are all sorts of ways to improve your mental health and speaking to your doctor is the first step forward.
Not only is Billy overcoming his own struggles, but the Leeds United fan has also gone the extra mile to help others by completing a sponsored bike ride from Elland Road to Old Trafford. He has already raised more than £1,800 for Leeds Mencap.
"That made me feel amazing," said Billy.
"It was great for my mental health doing something I enjoy aswell as helping others.
"I may just be another person who is talking about mental health, but I want to show you that you should speak out, shouldn't be ashamed and be proud that your strong enough to show your weaknesses.
"Don't suffer in silence!"
