Leeds United digest: Suspension threat for Phillips, Harrison shares holiday snaps, Warnock gone at Cardiff

Another international break has hit, meaning a drawn out two-week wait until the next Championship game for Leeds United.

Already players have jetted off to warmer climates for some much-needed rest, while we're sure Marcelo Bielsa won't wait too long to begin preparations for that game against Luton on November 23.

We've put together this digest of the latest Leeds United news, including the reaction to Neil Warnock's departure down at Cardiff. Warnock once occupied the dugout at Leeds United of course, and his Cardiff were one of the favourites to rival Leeds for promotion this campaign.

Here's our morning round-up:

Disciplinary tight rope

With just short of another month until the cut-off point for yellow card suspensions, we take a look at the three Leeds United players on the brink of a one-game ban.

Before Saturday, December 7 when slates are wiped clean, the Whites have games against Luton, Reading and Middlesbrough.

Harrison's holiday snaps

There won't be many fans complaining about Jack Harrison having a good few days away from the traning pitch. The midfielder has been pivotal for the Whites in recent weeks, scoring again in the win against Blackburn. So how does the other half live?

Warnock gone at Cardiff

Neil Warnock is no longer the gaffer down at Cardiff City. The Bluebirds were one of the favourites to push for promotion and a return to the Premier League at the first time of asking. Instead, they sit in 14th with just five wins in 16 and seven points off the play-offs.

"It is a shared belief that this is the right time for a new voice as we believe this squad of players is more than capable of getting success", is what Warnock - the former Leeds United boss - said in a statement.
