Leeds United considering transfer swoop for Liverpool pair

Leeds are considering a move for Divock Origi if they fail in their bid to land top target Odsonne Edouard from Celtic.

And the Premier League new boys are also keen to take Rhian Brewster on loan from Liverpool.

Origi is open to a move this summer as looks to secure himself regular first-team football and Leeds have made an enquiry about taking him.

Bielsa is desperate to land Edouard but knows they face a battle from other clubs to get him.

That could pave the way for a move for Origi, who wants to stay in the Premier League.

The Belgian striker appeared 42 times in all competitions for the Reds last season, but has failed to nail down a regular starting spot.

Brewster, meanwhile, is set for another loan season away from Anfield after enjoying a successful last season in the Championship with Swansea.

And Leeds are keen to add him to their ranks as Bielsa shapes his squad for the club’s first season in the Premier League in 16 years.

Aston Villa, Newcastle, Brighton and Fulham have also been linked with a move for the Liverpool starlet.
